After years of experience we’ve mastered competetive engineering techniques to develop the products and decrease the manufacturing costs for our customers. Also we’ve set up R&D dept in 2021 to create and develop our brand new product, industrial camera and vision application accessories.
We have static control system which fits requirement of ROHS2.0, 4 high-speed mounting lines,3 DIP lines and 2 coating lines.MES,ERP system are applied for better management.To achieve standard producing we use 7S scene control, SPC analytical statistics,FMEA and Kanban,etc.By all efforts we gradually we got certified byISO9001,IATF16949 then our product area is coverd by automotive system,3C,sofisticated instrument,etc.
